Happy Father's Day!!
I hope everyone is having a nice Father's Day and are enjoying Family time.
Remember God chose us to be his children. God Loves his children. Reconize you are a Child of God.
Galatians 4:6,7
And because you Gentiles have become his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, and know you can call God your dear Father. Now you are no longer a slave but God's own child. And since you are his child, everything he has belongs to you.

So I made this super easy no bake pie. Yumm, It came out sooo good.
This is a great summer treat when no one wants to be baking during the warmer weather.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Chocolate Pie with Cream Cheese Coconut Frosting
1 - 9" inch already made graham cracker crust
2 packs of instant chocolate pudding
3 cups of milk (cold)
1/2 package/block of cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/8 cup half and half cream and milk (cold)
1/8 - 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut (lightly toasted)

In a small pan lightly toast coconut, and set aside.
In a large bowl add 3 cups of cold milk and mix in the instant chocolate pudding packs until thick. Refrigerate pudding to allow to thicken and set. In a medium bowl whip 1/2 package of cream cheese, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/8 cup cold half and half until combined and creamy.
Pour all chocolate pudding into the graham cracker crust. Next spread the cream cheese frosting evenly. Then sprinkle toasted coconut flakes over the frosted pie.
Refrigerate pie for 2-3 hours or place in freezer for 1 hour to allow the pie to set.
*Last slice pie and eat! :-) Pie can be served up with your favorite ice cream*

Got to Run...Talk to you next time,
